Dry Ice Blasting

During dry ice blasting/cleaning, the finest dry ice granules are blown at high speed onto the surfaces to be cleaned.

Dirt, old underseal and deposits harden in the cold and flake off without damaging sensitive chrome parts or paint layers.

Blasting with dry ice is suitable for many surfaces and offers a gentle cleaning option.

Plastic Blasting

This is one of the gentlest processes and is particularly suitable for thin-walled, sensitive sheet metal and cast parts. We therefore use this process to gently remove paint from classic car bodies and thin-walled sheet metal parts. Furthermore, dirt or brittle substances can also be effectively removed.

When blasting plastic, no heat is generated and therefore there is no risk of warping as with other blasting media.
It is a non-abrasive blasting process d. H. the surface is not roughened or attacked.
Plastic blasting is gentle on the material, dry and without the use of chemicals.

Glass Bead Blasting

We use this process to treat various surfaces. It is used when materials are to be cleaned particularly gently - e.g. B. Removal of paint from wheel rims, vehicle bodies (interior and underbody) and removal of tarnishing and traces of work that occur during welding.

The surface is cleaned of all adhering foreign bodies, while the mass remains unchanged.

Glass bead blasting is also suitable for matting, smoothing and deburring. The blasting technique is used to create matt or satin-gloss surfaces and to conceal surface defects in the material.

Glass beads are iron-free (free of ferrite) and chemically neutral and are therefore suitable for processing almost all materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminium, non-metals, wood and plastics).

Glass bead blasting gives stainless steel and aluminum parts an even, satin finish.
